1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers & Identify and onboard new dealers in potential markets.
2. Generate and convert sales leads into business.
3. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
4. Monitor dealer performance and support them in achieving sales targets.
5. Provide product and process guidance to dealer teams & address dealer concerns and ensure smooth business operations.
6. Track inquiries, leads, and customer interactions.
7. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service-related issues.
8. Collect customer feedback and recommend improvement initiatives & Drive customer retention and repeat business opportunities.
9. Prepare sales MIS, performance reports, and market intelligence reports.
10. Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatches, and customer deliveries.
11. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and dealer activities.
12. Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
Support audits and management reviews by providing required data and reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
