Job Summary
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee documentation, HRMS updates, and employee engagement activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and practical corporate HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Support onboarding formalities and induction processes
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Update employee data in HRMS (attendance, leave, personal details)
- Assist in payroll data preparation (attendance, leave, incentives)
Employee Engagement & Compliance
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Assist in drafting HR communications and notices
- Help ensure HR policies are followed
General HR Support
- Respond to basic employee HR queries
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
Eligibility / Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed MSW/MBA/PGDM (HR) or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labour laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
