Candidate Profile & Requirements:
Education: MBA qualified.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Core Expertise: Strong background in volume hiring.
Mandatory Requirement: There must be NO gaps in career and education.
Languages: Must speak English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Preferred Industries:
Manufacturing | Engineering | Construction | Oil & Gas.
Bonus: Experience in Gulf Country positions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly closures and onboarding targets.
Handle Vendor Management.
Organize Training and Development.
Manage end-to-end onboarding.
Demonstrate excellent salary negotiation skills.
Handle interview coordination.
Execute volume hiring specifically for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) roles.
Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Recruitment tools effectively.
Compensation:
CTC + (Includes all benefits like PF, Insurance, etc.)
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
