Overview:
Join Zia Infotech and be part of a fast-growing IT solutions company. Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, generate and nurture leads, and help drive business growth.
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a database of potential clients.

Prospect for new business through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and marketplaces.

Qualify inbound leads by understanding client needs, pain points, and budgets.

Engage leads with personalized communication and email campaigns.

Schedule demos and consultations with the sales team.

Assist the sales team by gathering relevant client information.

Prepare client-specific presentations and proposals.

Maintain strong knowledge of Zia Infotech’s services and offerings.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1+ year of experience in B2B sales or lead generation.

Understanding of IT solutions, web development, and digital services.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in cold calling, email marketing, and lead nurturing.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments and sales team.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Meet clients in person if required, within their city or region, to discuss projects, understand requirements, or present proposals.
KPIs:

Number of qualified leads generated per month.

Lead conversion rate (qualified leads vs. closed deals).
