Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery:Conduct classroom and/or online sessions on Data Analytics modules, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, and basic Python (if applicable).
- Curriculum Implementation:Deliver training as per the prescribed curriculum, ensuring timely completion of modules and alignment with industry standards.
- Student Assessment & Evaluation:Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and mock tests to evaluate student progress and learning outcomes.
- Hands-on Learning:Facilitate practical sessions, case studies, and real-world projects to enhance applied learning.
- Student Mentorship & Support:Provide individual support to students for doubt resolution, career guidance, and interview preparation.
- Attendance & Batch Management:Monitor student attendance, ensure discipline, and maintain batch performance records.
- Placement Readiness:Prepare students for placements through resume building, mock interviews, and soft skills integration.
- Coordination & Reporting:Maintain training records, submit MIS reports, and coordinate with centre managers and placement teams.
Requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field
- Strong knowledge of:
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Dashboards)
- SQL (basic to intermediate queries)
- Power BI / Tableau
- Basic Python (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good understanding of data analysis concepts and visualization
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and manage classroom effectively
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
