Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice BPO experience (Mandatory)
- English proficiency: C1 level or above (Mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
