REQUIREMENTS:
4–7 years overall Maintenance experience
Minimum 2 years Injection Molding Maintenance experience – MANDATORY
Strong Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting skills
Team handling and coordination skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage maintenance of injection molding machines & utilities
- Lead the maintenance team and minimize machine downtime
- Execute preventive & breakdown maintenance
- Coordinate with Production & Customers
- Maintain inspection and audit documentation
- Support ISO / IATF audits
- Ensure machine safety and compliance
- Follow up on EB Role 32 and statutory requirements
- Drive maintenance cost reduction
