Job Summary
Access Provisioning Technical Specialist GSK is seeking an Identity & Access Management Analyst to support Identity Lifecycle Management and Access Provisioning, ensuring the right users get the right access at the right time while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. Your responsibilities include… · Help GSK meet regulatory requirements and improve IAM processes, strategy and roadmap by adopting useful new technologies (for example automation, AI/ML, analytics). · Design, build and run Identity & Access Management (IAM) business processes that control who can access GSK systems, focusing on lifecycle events such as provisioning, de-provisioning and access changes. · Support the product owner and architects to ensure users get the right access at the right time and that access changes are handled correctly across cloud and self-hosted applications. · Act as a point of contact for the IAM team during compliance checks and tests of controls with regulators or auditors. · Contribute to full stack IAM solutions by working with engineers who develop and maintain IAM applications and integrations, helping to align requirements and test outcomes. · Work with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support for IAM services, including access reviews, reporting, HR integrations and password management. · Keep IAM systems secure by following best practices and monitoring for vulnerabilities, and by regularly reviewing and adopting new IAM technologies and practices to improve security and efficiency. · Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of IAM configurations, processes and procedures. Why you? Basic Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. · Experience working with Identity & Access Management processes in enterprise environments, with a focus on security posture and compliance implementation. · Knowledge of integrating systems with LDAP, Entra ID and Active Directory (AD). · Knowledge of cloud IAM solutions and services offered by Microsoft Azure and other cloud providers. · Capable of understanding complex data requirements and designing or interpreting GraphQL schemas and related guardrails and security measures. Preferred Qualifications: · Proficiency in scripting languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript and .NET for automating IAM workflows and processes. · Experience with web applications and front-end technologies (for example React, HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript) to support IAM user interfaces such as admin consoles, dashboards and web forms. · Skilled in working with CI/CD practices and tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, including use of GitHub and Azure DevOps for version control and pipelines. · Experience in deploying, managing and monitoring applications in cloud environments like Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud. · Strong problem-solving abilities with hands-on experience in debugging and resolving system errors. · Experience in managing and working with various database solutions, including Azure SQL, Oracle and NoSQL databases. · Knowledge of application security best practices and tools for safeguarding enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Expert Analysis And Resolution Of Escalated Tickets Using Saviynt Pam And Java Development Tools, Ensuring Compliance With Slas And Quality Norms.
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators In Best Practices For Saviynt Pam And Java Development, While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Human Error Compliance While Actively Participating In Capacity Planning Discussions To Optimize Operational Efficiency.
4. Facilitate Positive Customer Feedback By Engaging In Customer Meetings, Communicating Effectively To Understand And Resolve Any Issues Faced By Clients.
5. Conduct And Validate Analyses, Such As Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, And Prepare Detailed Performance Reports For Presentation To Key Business Stakeholders.
