About the Role
Area Managers to lead and manage regional cold storage and logistics operations across South India. The ideal candidate will oversee regional hub operations, optimize asset utilization, lead high-performing teams, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and temperature-controlled logistics standards.
Eligibility Criteria
· 7–10 years of experience in Regional Warehousing, Logistics, or Cold Chain Operations.
· Strong regional market knowledge and understanding of logistics operations.
· Excellent team management, leadership, and operational problem-solving abilities.
· Knowledge of temperature-controlled logistics, warehousing operations, and regulatory compliance.
· Ability to manage multiple facilities while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned regional cold storage hubs.
· Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse infrastructure, equipment, and operational assets.
· Lead, motivate, and mentor the regional sales and operations teams to achieve business targets.
· Ensure zero-defect temperature management across all assigned facilities.
· Maintain strict quality control procedures and compliance with food safety and statutory standards.
· Minimize transit and storage losses through effective operational planning and monitoring.
· Optimize operational costs while maintaining high service quality.
· Monitor regional KPIs and prepare operational reports for management review.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
· Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
