We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site civil construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor labor, subcontractors, and equipment utilization on site.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with construction best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor material consumption and report site requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Verify measurements and assist in billing and quantity tracking as required.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in civil construction site supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Ability to manage labor teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and project documentation.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project locations as required.
