Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Nutrition Food Chefs to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in healthy cooking and meal preparation, with the ability to create nutritious, balanced, and flavorful meals that align with dietary requirements prescribed by nutritionists. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining food quality, hygiene standards, and consistency in meal preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare healthy, nutritious, and diet-specific meals according to approved meal plans.
- Follow nutritionist guidelines for calorie-controlled, high-protein, and balanced diet preparations.
- Develop and prepare low-oil, nutrient-rich recipes while maintaining taste and quality.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Maintain consistency in meal quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and minimize food wastage.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with the nutrition and operations team to ensure timely meal production and delivery schedules.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Diploma or B.Sc. in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hotel Management, or a related field. (Prefered)
Experience:
- Previous experience in diet kitchens, meal preparation services, cloud kitchens, healthcare food services, or healthy food restaurants is preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong passion for healthy and nutritious cooking.
- Good understanding of nutrition, balanced diets, and meal planning principles.
- Experience preparing diet-specific meals and healthy recipes.
- Skilled in preparing low-oil, high-protein, and calorie-conscious dishes.
- High attention to cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Commitment to delivering premium-quality food consistently.
Working Hours
7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
(Working hours may vary slightly depending on daily production requirements.)
