Role Overview: Gadiel Technnologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our market footprint across Delhi NCR, Pune and Bangalore. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings within an assigned geographic territory. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B software/SaaS sales, excellent consultative selling skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Territory Management: Map your assigned territory, identify key target accounts (SMBs or Enterprises), and build a robust, continuous sales pipeline. Direct Selling & Presentations: Conduct engaging face-to-face meetings and hands-on software demonstrations to C-level executives, IT directors, and operational managers. Deal Closing: Lead complex sales cycles, negotiate pricing, handle client objections, and finalize contracts. Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure high renewal rates, account growth, and opportunities for referrals. Market Intelligence: Gather competitive intelligence, understand market trends, and relay product feedback from prospects to the internal product/marketing teams. Key Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of proven field sales or B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise applications. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify and present complex technical value propositions. Tools: Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting software. Attributes: Highly self-motivated, adaptable, possess strong negotiation skills, and willing to travel for client meetings.
