1. Procurement / Purchase:
- Handle site purchase requirements as per project needs.
- Identify and coordinate with local vendors/suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparison statements, and finalize orders with approval.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials at site.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store for material availability.
- Ensure compliance with company purchase policies.
2. Accounts & Finance:
- Maintain daily site accounts and petty cash.
- Process vendor bills and verify supporting documents.
- Prepare and submit bills for approval and payment.
- Maintain records of expenses and prepare expense statements.
- Coordinate with Head Office accounts team for fund requirements.
