The Role:
seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – International & Domestic Sales to manage customer relationships, generate repeat business, and drive sales growth across both domestic and international markets.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in handling B2B sales, customer accounts, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing domestic and international customers.
- Generate repeat orders and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support new business development initiatives in domestic and export markets.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in International Sales, Domestic Sales, Export Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience in handling B2B customers and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of export procedures and documentation will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, filtration, water treatment, chemicals, engineering products, or related industries is desirable.
