- Conducting site visits for land and building properties in and around Kanchipuram.
- Taking accurate physical measurements of buildings and plots.
- Verifying property boundaries using FMB (Field Measurement Book) sketches and Patta documents.
- Coordinating with bank managers and customers for property inspection appointments.
- Qualification - Diplamo /polytechnic in Civil Engineering
