Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working with data to generate meaningful business insights. Fresh graduates with relevant projects or internships are encouraged to apply. Employers increasingly value practical skills in SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI, and data visualization for entry-level analyst roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Assist in preparing presentations and analytical reports for stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts).
- Basic to intermediate SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, BCA, B.Sc., B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, or a related field.
- 2025/2026 graduates and freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or academic projects in data analytics are a plus.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Statistics and Data Visualization.
- Experience with Git or Jupyter Notebook.
- AI-assisted data analysis tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) are a plus as AI literacy is becoming increasingly valuable in analytics roles.
