The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services and deliver high-quality software products.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to work with databases and design efficient data models.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
