Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused Food & Beverage Service Executives to join our retail café and dessert outlets. Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, or Hospitality Management and 0–3 years of experience in cafés, QSRs, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, dessert outlets, or similar food service establishments are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Serve food and beverages to customers as per company standards.
- Handle billing and POS operations.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support stock handling and daily outlet operations.
- Follow company SOPs and service standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in cafés, coffee shops, QSRs, restaurants, bakeries, dessert outlets, or similar food service establishments.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS billing.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
