Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell industrial tools including POP riveting tools, nut insert tools, pneumatic & battery-operated fastening systems to manufacturing and industrial clients.
The candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth across Gujarat and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Stanley POP Riveting & Nut Insert Tools and other industrial solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries such as automotive, fabrication, HVAC, and manufacturing
- Visit customers, conduct product demonstrations, and explain technical features
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closure
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic technical understanding of industrial tools or mechanical products
- Ability to handle B2B sales and industrial clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in industrial products / tools / automation / hardware sales
- Mechanical or technical background is an advantage
- Knowledge of pneumatic tools, fastening systems, or Industry 4.0 solutions will be preferred
