· Greeting the patients and receive with smile
· Giving information on patient eye disease, diagnosis and treatment.
· Guide the patient for medical check up. In-patient ward, operating room.
· Counseling patients for various surgical packages
· Explain the pre and post operative measures to patients.
· Answering to patients queries politely
· Registering the patients for surgery
· Handling cash
· Handling walk in patients
· Guiding the patients at different levels
· Handling patients with emergency
· Handling admissions
· Handling discharges of day care and in-patient.
· Handling telephone calls.
ADDITIONAL RESPOSIBILITIES:
· To monitor the cleanliness of department.
· Attending independent duties( holiday duty)
· Indenting and Maintaining weakly stock
Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
