Job description What you will do
1. Preparing and exicuting preventive and predictive maintenance plan
2. Preparing daily MIS report
3. To attend daily electrical breakdown and updation of Pmand COT check sheets.
4. To monitor and create spare parts for equipments and machinaries.
5. Preparation and maintenance of EHS, OHS and QMS: Control documents as per ISO
6. Plan and exicute Utlity equipments and machinaries periodical calibration/validation.
7. Preparation of weekly presentation performance review of maintenance department.
8. Yearly electrical audits by state board to be carried out.
9. Calculation of MTTR, MTBF and availability and contribution to OEE must.
10.Should be able to develop jigs, fixtures, tools and measurement facilities.
11. Identify and visit to suppliers for development of machines, Jig/Fixtures, measurement facilities and tools.
12. Identify critical spare part for machines and should lways be in stock to increase machine availability.
13. Implement corrective & preventive actions based on repeatative braek downs and internal inputs.
14. Knowledge of documents required for customer and internal audits.
15. Know how about TPM and its documentation.
Required candidate profile
B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering with excellence at Maintenance engineering to have mistake proof, efficient and user friendly solutions , developing team work approach.
