About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Collection Head to lead and scale collections operations for a high-volume digital lending portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in collections strategy, team leadership, recovery management, agency handling, and operational excellence within fast-paced fintech environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end collections operations across digital lending portfolios.
- Drive repayment performance, recovery efficiency, and portfolio health.
- Manage collection teams, dialer operations, allocation strategies, and agency performance.
- Monitor key collection metrics including recovery rates, RPC, PTP, occupancy, productivity, and delinquency trends.
- Develop and execute collection strategies for short-tenure and small-ticket lending products.
- Build scalable collection processes, scorecards, and performance frameworks.
- Collaborate with Risk, Operations, and Business teams to improve collection outcomes.
- Analyze collection data and implement initiatives to enhance recovery performance.
Candidate Profile
- 8–10+ years of collections experience within FinTech, Digital Lending, or NBFCs.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing collections for short-term lending, instant loan, salary advance, or small-ticket digital credit products.
- Strong understanding of collection KPIs, portfolio management, and repayment optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing large collection teams, agencies, and dialer operations.
- Ability to confidently discuss portfolio size, recovery numbers, collection efficiency, and business impact.
- Proven track record of improving repayment performance and collection outcomes through data-driven strategies.

Pay: Up to ₹1,700,000.00 per year
