Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, pitching customized digital marketing solutions, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Run cold email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with founder-level and senior stakeholder leads through structured sequences.
- Organize networking opportunities and professional community engagements.
- Build and grow a LinkedIn community for organic lead generation and brand visibility.
- Prepare client onboarding documents and coordinate across departments.
- Set up and manage workflow automations for sales and client communication.
- Lead monthly client review calls to track performance and spot upsell opportunities.
- Re-engage lapsed clients through personalised outreach and value-add proposals.
- Gather testimonials and case studies from existing clients.
- Manage the agency's listings across relevant B2B and service platforms.
- Keep the CRM, sales pipeline, and lead tracking sheets updated.
- Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to align BD with ongoing campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably within a digital marketing agency).
- Excellent communication, presentation (PPT creation), and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).
- Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated with a passion for sales and growth.
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi
Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
