- Communication Hub: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, and managing email inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Sorting mail, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, managing courier services, and keeping records.
- Visitor Management: Managing visitor logs, issuing badges, and notifying staff of arrivals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
