We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Event Housekeeper to join our team in the Delhi/NCR region. The Event Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and presentability of event venues before, during, and after various events. This role requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks for event spaces, including halls, lobbies, restrooms, kitchens, and back-of-house areas, prior to event commencement.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are spotless and well-maintained.
- Set up and arrange furniture, decorations, and equipment as per event requirements, ensuring cleanliness and proper placement.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness throughout events, including prompt spill cleanup, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels in restrooms and other common areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any cleaning-related requests from event organizers or guests.
- Execute thorough post-event cleanup, including waste disposal, dismantling setups, deep cleaning of all areas, and preparing the venue for subsequent events.
- Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed within the event premises.
- Collaborate effectively with event coordinators, catering staff, and other team members to ensure seamless event execution.
