Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, social media, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to the team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate project discussions between clients and developers.
- Assist in preparing proposals and project documentation.
- Track project progress and ensure smooth communication.
Compensation
- Earn 10% commission on every project you successfully close.
- No limit on earnings.
- Commission paid after client payment is received by the company.
Example Earnings
- ₹50,000 Project = ₹5,000 Commission
- ₹1,00,000 Project = ₹10,000 Commission
- ₹2,00,000 Project = ₹20,000 Commission
- ₹5,00,000 Project = ₹50,000 Commission
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of websites, eCommerce, or software services.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
