MHTECHIN Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data & Analytics Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Support business teams with data-driven recommendations
- Assist in maintaining data quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data analysis concepts
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is an advantage
- Understanding of databases and reporting methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
