Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to various departments, and maintaining an efficient workflow.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations via phone, email, or booking systems.
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Address guest complaints, requests, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest requests and room status updates.
- Maintain guest records and ensure data privacy and security.
- Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
