Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finacle L2 Support professional with strong expertise in banking application support, issue resolution, production monitoring, and incident management.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in providing Level-2 support for Finacle Core Banking applications, troubleshooting production issues, handling user queries, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day banking operations. The candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level-2 support for Finacle Core Banking applications.
- Monitor production environments and resolve application-related issues.
- Handle incident management, problem analysis, and root cause identification.
- Coordinate with L1 support, application teams, DBAs, and infrastructure teams.
- Support branch users and business teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and daily banking operations.
- Perform application health checks and system monitoring activities.
- Support deployment, patching, and release management activities.
- Maintain issue logs, support documentation, and incident reports.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of production issues.
