Job Summary
The Shift Incharge is responsible for managing daily operations during assigned shifts, supervising staff, maintaining productivity, ensuring safety standards, and resolving operational issues in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of employees during the shift
- Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance when needed
- Handle customer queries or complaints (if applicable)
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate records
- Ensure proper handover to the next shift
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Enforce workplace safety rules and procedures
- Address any emergencies or unexpected issues promptly
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or relevant systems)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Relevant experience in the same industry preferred
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, depending on industry)
Work Environment
- Rotational shifts (day/night)
- Fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- May involve standing for long hours (industry-dependent)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
