Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer for External Development works in the real estate/construction sector. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and monitoring of all external development activities including roads, drainage, sewer lines, water supply, storm water systems, landscaping coordination, and site development works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute external development works at project sites.
- Monitor construction activities related to roads, pavements, drainage, sewerage, water supply, and storm water lines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards during execution.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity estimation, and material reconciliation.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure proper manpower and material management at site.
- Verify contractor bills and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Coordinate with government authorities and utility agencies whenever required.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of external development and infrastructure works.
- Understanding of civil drawings and project specifications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.
- Strong site execution and supervision skills.
- Ability to handle contractors and site teams efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in residential/commercial township projects preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple external development activities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
