Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon in Dwarka Mor. The ideal candidate will lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales, manage appointments, and maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Supervise, motivate, and support hairstylists, beauticians, and front desk staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage appointment bookings.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, and salon performance.
- Achieve monthly revenue and retail sales targets.
- Maintain inventory of salon products and place orders as required.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with salon standards.
- Train and coach staff on customer service, grooming, and product knowledge.
- Handle cash, billing, and daily reports.
- Promote salon services, memberships, and retail products to increase business.
- Coordinate marketing activities and customer engagement programs.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Salon Manager or Assistant Salon Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of salon operations, beauty services, and retail sales.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with salon management software.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in premium salon brands is an advantage.
- Good understanding of inventory management and business reporting.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience).
