Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented 2D Draughtsman & Estimation professional to support construction projects through accurate technical drawings, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, estimation, and basic cost control.
The candidate will coordinate with the Architect, Engineers, Project Manager, and Site Team to ensure drawings, quantities, and estimates are accurate and available on time for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D construction drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and layouts based on project requirements.
- Take quantities from drawings and site requirements.
- Prepare BOQs and project estimates for materials, labour, and other project requirements.
- Verify quantities, rates, supplier quotations, and subcontractor rates.
- Coordinate with site and project teams for drawing and quantity clarifications.
- Incorporate approved drawing revisions and maintain revision control.
- Compare estimated quantities/costs with actual project requirements and identify major deviations.
- Maintain proper drawing, BOQ, estimation, and project documentation.
- Ensure drawings and estimates are completed within agreed timelines.

- Drawing Accuracy: Minimum 95% accuracy in submitted drawings.
- Estimation Accuracy: Estimates and BOQs prepared with minimum avoidable quantity/rate errors.
- Timely Delivery: Minimum 95% of assigned drawings, BOQs, and estimates completed within deadlines.
- BOQ Accuracy: Quantities properly checked against drawings and project requirements.
- Revision Control: Approved drawing changes incorporated accurately and on time.
- Rate Verification: Applicable material, labour, supplier, and subcontractor rates properly verified.
- Documentation: 100% compliance with drawing, BOQ, estimation, and revision documentation requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
