Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete façade work at project sites from execution to handover.
• Read and understand façade drawings, elevations and technical details.
• Supervise installation, alignment, finishing and quality of façade work.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Manage manpower, material availability and daily site progress.
• Take site measurements and resolve technical/site-related issues.
• Coordinate with the office and factory team for material and fabrication requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and pending/snag lists.
• Ensure proper safety and quality standards at site.
• Coordinate final inspection, snag closure and project handover.
Requirements
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or relevant field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Façade, Aluminium, Glass, Windows or similar industry.
• Good knowledge of façade installation and site execution.
• Ability to read technical/AutoCAD drawings.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently handle site work and site teams.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
