What You’ll Do
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking contract IT resources.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive client acquisition and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand resource availability and client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
- Keep track of leads, opportunities, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B business development or IT staffing sales.
- Strong understanding of contract staffing, outsourcing, or the IT services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or similar lead generation platforms is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
