We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Engineer to promote MANNOL engine oils and lubricant products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for dealer handling, business development, workshop visits, and achieving sales targets in the automotive lubricant market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain distributor and dealer network
- Visit garages, workshops, spare parts shops, and fleet operators
- Promote MANNOL engine oil and lubricant products
- Generate new leads and expand market reach
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships
- Provide technical guidance about lubricant products
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Coordinate order processing and payment follow-up
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or related field
- Experience in lubricant, automobile, or engine oil sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
