Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Configure and manage TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Perform network security administration and implement security best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for network implementation and support.
- Maintain network documentation and prepare technical reports.
- Perform regular system health checks, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Provide technical support for network-related incidents and service requests.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Juniper, or similar networking devices.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of network security and monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
- CCNA or other networking certifications will be an added advantage.
