Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Executive with 2+ years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing, Media, Entertainment, Advertising, or Digital Marketing.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales, client acquisition, pitching, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to generate business and convert leads into revenue.
This role is ideal for candidates who have existing experience working with brands, agencies, influencers, creators, media companies, or entertainment clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to brands, agencies, marketing teams, and potential clients for influencer marketing opportunities.
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Handle and follow up on inbound leads generated through digital marketing and social media.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable influencer marketing solutions.
- Pitch influencer marketing campaigns, creator collaborations, and agency services to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close business deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing professionals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed campaigns.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly business development, sales, and revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on lead and conversion status.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent pitching, negotiation, follow-up, and client relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Good understanding of social media, influencer marketing, creators, and digital campaigns.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

What We Are Looking For

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
