Job Summary
This is a SIAM Platform Tool Administrator position, and we are looking for candidates with prior experience in ServiceNow Administration.
As a ServiceNow administrator, your duties are to design, develop, build, and customize applications or provide support responsibilities to end-users of the software. You administrate the workflows on the software, implement new systems or add-ons, help with problem resolution, and test systems for efficiency.

Certified ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
Fair understanding & experience in the platform upgrades will be preferred.
Detailed JD
Candidate should have good Admin/configuration knowledge of: -
Incident, Problem, change, Release and Knowledge Management, Asset management and CMDB, Service Portal, ServiceNow mobile app, integrations
Understanding of client scripts and business rules.
Understanding UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
Understanding workflow of various modules and triggering of various events
Understanding of system logs
Import/Export of data for different modules
Understanding of ITIL Concepts

Retrieving complex reporting’s based on user requirements
Working on system logs
Import/Export of data for different modules
Managing/ movement of update sets to move customization from Dev. to Production Instance.
Monitors and reports on progress in completing projects and accomplishing goals.
Collaborate with various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements.
Drive organization to improve data integrity for company-wide analytics.

Developing Composite Service Requests within Service catalog Module.
Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the SNOW integration.
Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests.
Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and build this into the design.
