Workify AI is looking for motivated individuals who can help us connect with business owners and acquire clients for our AI Automation solutions.
Our website, AI chatbot systems, AI voice agents, and automation infrastructure are currently being finalized and will be launched soon.

WHAT WE DO
We help businesses automate operations, customer communication, lead generation, appointment booking, follow-ups, and other business processes through AI and Automation.
Our services include:
- AI Receptionists AI Voice Agents AI Chatbots CRM Automation Lead Follow-Up Systems Appointment Booking Systems Database Reactivation Workflow Automation Internal Reporting Systems
We typically charge clients a setup fee and an ongoing monthly management fee depending on the project requirements.

YOUR ROLE
Your responsibility is simple:
- Find businesses that may need our services Start conversations with business owners Understand their business problems Identify interested prospects Inform our team Help arrange meetings when required
Once a business is interested, our team handles the technical implementation, automation development, deployment, and management.

We do not believe in hiring people permanently without first testing them.
Your evaluation starts from the moment you apply.

Your interview is not a single call or form. It happens through real-world activities and interactions.
We are building a small team of high-performing people, not a large team.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Stage 1 – Evaluation Stage
Your first 1–2 successful deals will be commission-based.
This allows both you and us to determine whether we are a good fit for each other.
Commission Range:
₹17,000 – ₹42,000+ per successful deal
The exact amount depends on the project value and client requirements.

Stage 2 – Long-Term Team Member
After demonstrating professionalism, consistency, communication skills, and results, selected members may become eligible for:
- Monthly Compensation Per-Deal Commissions Additional Responsibilities Leadership Opportunities
Monthly compensation and commission structures are based on performance, contribution, and results.
