Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader – Admissions to lead a team of Admission Officers/Counselors and drive student enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and team management skills with a proven track record in achieving admission targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Admission Officers/Counselors.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Conduct team huddles, one-on-one feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
Admissions & Revenue
- Own team admission targets and revenue goals.
- Improve lead-to-admission conversion rates.
- Support the team in closing high-potential leads.
Lead Management
- Ensure timely lead allocation and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality.
Sales Process
- Ensure adherence to the admission counseling process.
- Monitor call quality and counseling standards.
- Resolve escalations and support complex admissions.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track admissions, conversions, and revenue performance.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Analyze lead sources and team productivity.
Training & Development
- Train and onboard new team members.
- Conduct coaching sessions and role-play activities to improve sales performance.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to achieve admission goals.
Required Skills

- Experience using CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Eligibility
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, or Business Development.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing a sales or admissions team.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
