Inside Sales/ Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: 1-2 Years | Markets: Europe & USA
We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to scale sales in Aerospace and Railway engineering/manufacturing services.
Own end-to-end lead generation, qualification, and opportunity conversion for Europe & USA markets.
- Proactively hunt new customers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
- Engage OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers and drive RFQs to closure.
- Relentless follow-ups and pipeline movement are mandatory.
- Maintain accurate CRM and forecast revenue.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing mindset required.
- Comfortable with targets, pressure, and global time zones.
Key Skills
- Exposure to Aerospace / Railway engineering or manufacturing services
- Strong communication skills (email, calls, virtual meetings)
- Understanding of international sales cycles and customer expectations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
