Job Title: E-commerce Account Manager (Amazon & Flipkart)Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to manage and scale our marketplace operations across Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in catalog management, advertising (PPC), promotions, and data-driven growth strategies. This role is focused on improving visibility, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance.

Core Responsibilities:1. Account & Catalog Management
- Manage product listings, variations, and catalog structure
- Ensure SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and backend keywords
- Handle product onboarding and new launches
- Maintain account health and compliance with marketplace policies
2. Advertising & Promotions
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
- Manage Flipkart Ads campaigns effectively
- Create and manage coupons, deals, discounts, and promotional strategies
- Improve ROAS, ACoS, and overall campaign performance
3. Performance & Growth
- Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, ROI, and sales growth
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility and rankings
- Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy planning
4. Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams
- Support inventory planning and stock availability
- Resolve listing or policy-related issues efficiently
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Use Advanced Excel for data analysis (formulas, dashboards, reporting)
- Track competitors and marketplace trends
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in Amazon / Flipkart / e-commerce account management
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and algorithms
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Ads dashboard
- Advanced MS Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, formulas)
- Familiarity with MS Word, reporting tools, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in scaling brands on Amazon/Flipkart
- Knowledge of automation tools and AI-driven workflows
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization strategies
- Experience handling multiple SKUs or brands
