Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Patient Care
- Provide daily nursing care to patients.
- Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen levels.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
- Medication Administration
- Administer prescribed medicines and injections.
- Maintain accurate medication records.
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions to medications.
- Medical Support
- Assist doctors during examinations and treatments.
- Prepare patients for medical procedures.
- Collect samples for laboratory tests when required.
- Patient Monitoring
- Observe and record patient conditions and progress.
- Report any changes in patient health to the doctor immediately.
- Maintain nursing notes and patient records.
- Emergency Care
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Provide first aid and basic life support when necessary.
- Coordinate with doctors and emergency teams.
- Infection Control
- Follow hospital infection-control policies.
- Ensure cleanliness of patient areas and medical equipment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
- Patient & Family Education
- Educate patients and family members on treatment plans.
- Provide guidance on medication, diet, and follow-up care.
- Offer emotional support and counseling when needed.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.
- Prepare shift handover reports.
- Ensure adequate availability of medical supplies.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Sc. in Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies.
Reporting To
- Head Nurse / Hospital Administrator.
Experience
- Freshers or 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred.

Pay: ₹12,227.60 - ₹50,016.17 per month
