Job Title: Dental RCM Team Leader (TL)

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dental RCM Team Leader to manage and drive end-to-end Dental Revenue Cycle Management operations. The ideal candidate must have strong team handling experience, in-depth knowledge of dental billing processes, and the ability to monitor performance, ensure compliance, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team handling Dental RCM processes including Eligibility Verification, AR Calling, Payment Posting, and Credentialing
- Monitor daily productivity and quality metrics to ensure SLA adherence
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
- Handle escalations related to claims, denials, and insurance follow-ups
- Ensure timely resolution of AR and reduce aging backlog
- Prepare and present performance reports to management
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines
- Conduct regular audits to ensure process accuracy and quality
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Dental RCM
- Prior experience in team handling and performance management
- Strong understanding of Dental AR, Eligibility Verification, and insurance workflows
- Knowledge of denial management and revenue optimization strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Preferred
- Experience managing end-to-end Dental RCM operations
- Exposure to US healthcare and dental insurance processes
