Role: Chat Support Agent/Customer Support Agent
Location: Panchkula (Onsite)

Here is the JD - Agent Profile (Tier 1 Support)
1. Experience: 1+ years in customer support, dispatch, or logistics, with prior chat support experience strongly preferred.
2. English Proficiency: B2 (Upper Intermediate) CEFR level or higher. Strong written communication is non-negotiable given the SMS and chat-based nature of the role.
3. Tech Proficiency: Must be comfortable using multiple tools simultaneously, including Twilio Flex, Zendesk, Slack, Google Maps, and internal admin dashboards.
4. Typing Speed: Minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy.
5. Multitasking: Ability to manage three or more active chats simultaneously without loss of quality.
6. Emotional Intelligence: Must be able to remain calm and de-escalate tense situations involving frustrated customers or stressed drivers.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
