- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with component-based architecture and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and user interface design.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration processes.
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and optimizing web components for performance and scalability.
Additional Information:
