We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and responsible Assistant to the Director who can provide strong administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Director.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring that important tasks and follow-ups are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and priorities.
- Coordinate and follow up with different departments on tasks assigned by the Director.
- Track important client projects, deliveries, meetings, and deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain and organize important company records, communications, and confidential information.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on behalf of the Director when required.
- Monitor pending tasks and provide regular updates to the Director.
- Assist in preparing business reports, MIS, and management summaries.
- Handle email communication and ensure important matters are brought to the Director's attention promptly.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and business visits when required.
- Support the Director in day-to-day business and operational activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of business and company information.
- Take ownership of follow-ups and ensure that important commitments are not missed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Coordinator, Business Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and Excel.
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
