Job Title: Project Coordinator – Audio Visual (AV)

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and executing AV installation and integration projects. This role ensures that all project activities — from material planning to site execution and client handover — are completed on schedule, within scope, and meet company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and AV engineers to schedule and track project activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including POs, drawings, BOQs, and installation reports.
- Support in material planning, logistics coordination, and vendor follow-ups for timely delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, daily progress, and report any delays or risks.
- Assist in project site readiness checks and arrange manpower or subcontractors when required.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding project updates and handover milestones.
- Ensure documentation of site photos, test reports, and project closure forms.
- Coordinate with the finance team for billing, material inward/outward, and completion certificates.
- Follow up on punch lists and ensure timely closure of pending works.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/ITI (preferred: Electronics, Electrical, or Project Management background).
- 0–3 years of experience in project coordination or site management — preferably in the AV / IT industry.
- Good understanding of AV systems, cabling, and installation process (added advantage).
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
