Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead student admissions, business growth initiatives, and sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and team management skills with a strong focus on achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into course enrollments.
- Handle inquiries from students, working professionals, and corporate clients.
- Conduct counseling sessions and explain course offerings, career opportunities, and training benefits.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversion rates.
- Build relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and corporate organizations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Manage and mentor admission counselors and sales executives, if assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in sales, admissions, counseling, or business development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online communication tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, Education Counseling, or Skill Development Industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-centric approach and relationship management abilities.
- Professional spoken English and Hindi.
